Each player's score is calculated separately and then the total points are added up to arrive at a fantasy team's score.
Weekly Totals vs. Averages
Depending on your league's rules, each player's fantasy points will be totaled or averaged over the number of games he played that week.
For example: Player A scored 21 fantasy points on Tuesday and 17 points on Saturday. If your league uses an average score, Player A's final weekly fantasy points will be 19. If your league uses the total scores, Player A's weekly fantasy points will be 38.
Ties
Fantasy games that end in a tie will be subject to the following tie-breakers:
Total "reality" points scored
Field goal percentage
Scoring Discrepancies
If you find a scoring error, simply send us an
e-mail
with the the source of information that you found.
Score discrepancies, instances where two different major news sources report different information, should be handled through your league commissioner who can make stat adjustments and override scores if needed.
Scoring errors need to be reported by the next Wednesday. If an error correction causes a fantasy game to reverse, we will notify the league.
